1st PSPC On-Line Elections for Officers 2020-2022

Last September 22, 2020, the Philippine Society of Pediatric Cardiology had its successful first ever on-line elections for the officers 2020 to 2022. The Committee of Nominations and Elections was headed by DR. MAGDALENA J. LAGAMAYO with DR. EDGARDO ORTIZ, DR. EDEN D. LATOSA and DR. EDISON TY, as members.

As early as August of this year, the committee called for nominations from the members. As stated in the society’s Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, the present Board were automatically nominated. The nominees included DR. JONAS JOSE D. DEL ROSARIO, DR. JULIET J. BALDERAS and DR. MARIA ESTRELLITA A. ALARCON.

The new set of officers were promptly announced by Chair Dr. Lagamayo on the night of the elections and they will be inducted on October 30, 2020.
